This Bamboo Mountain turquoise is an amazing shade of green with hints of orange and finely webbed black matrix and is bezel set in an oxidized silver setting with a 3-split shank. Completely handmade (no casting) by me, Brigitte Wilson, at 7 Elements Studio in Colorado. I am inspired in my work and in life by the 7 Elements of Shibui.
Bamboo Mountain turquoise came from the Hubei Province of China and the mine closed in 1995. This is a truly lovely specimen.
