Chatoyant Charoite and Sterling Silver Ring, Rectangular Artisan Statement Ring, SIZE 10.0

Beautiful, purple, and rare, Charoite has only been found in one place on planet earth...the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and its swirling appearance is unique, as well as the chatoyant effect found in some specimens such as this one. I've created a heavily oxidized, ornate and fused bezel setting with a decorative split shank to complement the complexity of this 16mm by 19mm stone.

MATERIALS: Sterling Silver (.925), Argentium Silver (.940), Chatoyant Charoite

*Argentium Silver is a tarnish-resistant silver alloy that contains 94% silver. This is a higher percentage of silver than traditional sterling silver. The germanium in Argentium makes it harder and stronger than traditional sterling silver, improving its resistance to scratches and deformation.
